Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Australia: AUD 14.95 per return, or free if you choose Store Credit.
Rest of World: USD 9.95 flat rate per return.
Return fees are deducted from your refund where applicable.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging intact. Please try garments over clean undergarments.
Items returned otherwise may be refused or adjusted for restocking.
Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and refund processing.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please start a return via our Returns Portal and attach supporting photos.
Our team will review your request and issue a full refund.
Final-sale items (where marked) and earrings are not eligible for return.
Returns may also be declined if an item shows signs of wear, marks, stains, or damage, or if packaging and tags are missing.
Jennitic reserves the right to respectfully refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
